John is a retired NHL enforcer who played for the MN Wild, CHI Blackhawks, NY Rangers, SJ Sharks, BUF Sabres, ARI Coyotes, and MTL Canadiens. John lives in Traverse City, Michigan with his wife Danielle and seven beautiful daughters. He doesn't have a TV, it's a lifestyle choice.

Tim is a die-hard hockey fan who serves as producer and co-host of the show. He works at a digital marketing agency and spends his free time road tripping, reading, and exploring with his dog, Levi. He recently published his debut novel, In Plain Sight. He's also a Bruins fan, but that never comes up on the show.
